The Fling Things and People Poison Factory is the industrial landmark on the fixed chained island above the purple Poison Pit area. Current community maps describe factory buildings, exterior tanks or pipes, barren terrain, and liquid hazards below. This map landmark is not the similarly named Floating Island shop prop.
Find the factory island
Start from central spawn and rotate the camera until you see raised industrial terrain attached near tall mountain features. Look for chains, pipes, factory silhouettes, and purple pits below. Approach from stable ground while keeping the island and pit in the same camera view.
Do not use a loose toy as the only route marker. Seasonal colors and movable props can change, but the raised landform and poison basin are stronger anchors. If a guide sends you to a purchasable Floating Island toy, return to the map and locate the fixed chained structure.
Approach without falling
Put away large objects before climbing. A Pallet or furniture piece can block the camera, pull against your avatar, or collide with a narrow ledge. Use normal terrain first. If Pallet flying is required for a personal experiment, practice the landing elsewhere before approaching the factory.
Keep one safe retreat direction visible. Public players often use the pit edge for flinging, so leave space around anyone holding an object or aiming a Grab Line. If grabbed, follow the live escape prompt and move away from the ledge rather than trying an immediate counter.
The Escape Grabs guide is useful before exploring this side in a busy server.
Distinguish factory zones
Treat purple liquid as a live hazard
Current independent guides describe damage and a camera filter when players contact factory poison. Exact damage rate, movement interaction, and object effects are not fixed here because they need current in-game testing. Do not jump in to validate a number from an old table.
Observe from a safe edge. If you want to test a loose object, use an expendable prop and stand well back. Do not throw another player into the pit unless everyone agreed to a hazard drill. The sandbox premise does not remove the need for fair play.
If you make contact, move toward the nearest stable exit and stop experimenting. Record only what happened in that dated session; a single result does not establish every avatar or server condition.
Explore structures and pipes
Use visible doors, platforms, and ordinary climbable surfaces. Keep the exit behind you in view when entering a dark room. Wide pipes can act as landmarks, but do not assume every opening is traversable.
If a route requires squeezing through collision, forced camera movement, or a script, leave it out. A secret should be reproducible with ordinary controls. Use Secret Locations for a safe route-record format.
When moving objects around the factory, choose a clear lane. Interactive props can collide with pipes or fall into the pit, making them difficult to recover.
Use the factory as a map anchor
The raised island is visible from several open areas and helps reorient you. From central ground, the factory direction identifies the hazard side. From the pit, looking up to the island tells you which structure is above. From mountain terrain, chains and industrial silhouettes distinguish it from ordinary houses.
For group navigation, meet on safe ground at the base rather than on a narrow edge. Add a facing direction and name whether you mean the island top, factory entrance, or lower pit.
Poison Factory checklist
- Confirm the fixed chained industrial island.
- Distinguish it from the shop toy.
- Put away view-blocking objects.
- Approach on stable terrain with a retreat direction.
- Keep distance from players and pit edges.
- Treat purple liquid as hazardous without testing exact damage.
- Record entrances only when ordinary movement reproduces them.
- Leave safely before starting physics experiments.
